Terms of Service

Sarvada is a software company. We provide tools that help you organise your work and answer questions about it. We are not an insurer, we are not a broker, and we hold no licence to place insurance business. We do not solicit, sell, or place insurance, and we take no share of any policy you place.

Nothing Sarvada produces is insurance advice, legal advice, or a regulatory opinion. Our products help you work; the professional judgement stays yours.

You may use Sarvada for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for having the right to share the information you put into the platform, including any information about your customers, and for meeting the obligations you owe them.

You are responsible for the security of your own account and for the devices and numbers through which you access it. Tell us promptly at contact@sarvada.ai if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, to attack or disrupt the platform, or to attempt to extract data belonging to another user.

The information you share with us stays yours. We claim no ownership of your documents, your book, or your customer relationships, and we do not sell, rent, or broker your data. How we handle information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

You can remove any policy from your book at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by writing to contact@sarvada.ai.

Our products read documents and generate text using automated systems, and those systems can be wrong. Figures, dates, cover details, and summaries may contain errors or omissions. Check anything that matters against the underlying policy document before you rely on it or act on it.

Reminders, renewal dates, and prompts are a convenience, not a guarantee. They do not replace your own records, and we are not responsible for a renewal missed or a decision taken on the strength of them.

The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are actively building these products, so features will change, and some will be added or withdrawn. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we will tell you.

We may suspend or end access to an account that is being used in breach of these terms, or where we are required to by law.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
