Privacy Policy

Sarvada is a software company. We build tools for insurance advisors and for teams doing underwriting and company research. We are not an insurer, we are not a broker, and we hold no licence to place insurance business. We earn our revenue from software, never from your customers or the policies you place.

Account information you give us: your name, phone number, city, and details about how you work, such as whether you operate solo or with an agency.

Documents you share with us: policy documents and related paperwork you upload or send to Pratibimb, and the information contained inside them. For an insurance advisor, this includes details about your customers — their names, contact details, policy numbers, premiums, sums insured, cover, and renewal dates.

Your messages: what you send to Pratibimb on WhatsApp, and what we send back, so the assistant can hold the context of a conversation.

Operational data: diagnostic information, event logs, and error reports needed to keep the service running and to fix problems. We record these using a one-way hash of your phone number rather than the number itself.

To run the service for you: to read the documents you share, build and maintain your book, answer your questions about it, prepare reminders for policies coming up for renewal, and draft messages for you to send.

To improve accuracy: reading an insurance document correctly is the hardest part of what we do, so we review how our systems read documents and use that to make the product more accurate for everyone using it.

To keep the service secure and to support you when something goes wrong.

We do not use your information to build a profile of your customers for our own commercial purposes, and we do not act on your book in any market.

We never sell, rent, or broker your data. There is no arrangement, present or planned, in which your information is exchanged for money, leads, referrals, or a commission.

We never share your book or your customers' details with an insurer, an agent, or another advisor. Not a name, not a contact number, not a renewal date. This is not a preference we happen to hold — an advisor's book is the whole of their business, and a company that traded on it would deserve to lose them.

Pratibimb has no channel to your customers. The system cannot message them, and no such capability exists in it. When a customer needs a reminder, Pratibimb prepares the message and you send it yourself, from your own number.

Service providers who operate the service on our behalf: cloud services for hosting and storage, messaging services to deliver WhatsApp conversations, and AI services that read documents and help answer your questions. Information is passed to them only so that it can be processed and returned to you as part of the service. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a threat to someone's safety.

That is the complete list. There is no other category of recipient.

Your information is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and is protected in transit and at rest. Access is limited to those who need it to operate and support the service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, because your book is only useful to you if it persists.

You can remove any individual policy from your book at any time by asking Pratibimb to delete it. If you want your account and everything in it removed, write to contact@sarvada.ai and we will delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy of your book, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@sarvada.ai and we will action the request.

If you are an insurance advisor using Pratibimb, the information about your customers is yours and remains under your control. You decide what to share with us, and you can withdraw it.

If we change how we handle information in a way that materially affects you, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it. We will not quietly widen what we do with your data.
